Technical consulting and feasibility study
The first phase of our work involves listening to customer requests, both in person and remotely. If appropriate, our technicians visit the site for the feasibility study and to analyse the system's critical issues. This lets us ensure our robots integrate perfectly into the designated plant and line. The customer can also be accompanied to Fanuc's Italian location to view the automations that we will then customise and program.
Loans and tax breaks
Thanks to the solid partnership with our financial company, we offer customers the opportunity to apply for leasing at competitive interest rates, thereby covering all or part of the cost of purchasing robots. We also provide our experience in applying for tax breaks through the ``Nuova Sabatini`` law on capital goods or super- and hyper-depreciation for Industry 4.0 (potentially combined with leasing).
Design and construction of robots
As soon as the project enters the operational phase, we take care of designing and constructing robots and automation solutions. Using renowned Fanuc robots, with their excellent quality and performance, leads to reduced time frames and almost infinite customisation possibilities for any business sector. All this, combined with our know-how, translates into work management that is efficient in every respect.
Installation and first start-up
Once the robots have been tested and delivered, our work continues with the automation. At this juncture, ADBrobot technicians visit the site to install the machines and perform the first start-up. This step is once again taken care of by our specialists, without delegating any part of the work to third parties. For complete and made-to-measure work, with the utmost precision and operating speed.
Assistance and intervention
Although our robots do not need assistance, it does sometimes happen – due to customer neglect, staff error or other reasons – that certain components experience various malfunctions. In these cases, we take immediate action to examine the problem and solve it in the shortest time possible, avoiding forced production stops. The availability of spare parts and experience gained in the field are prerequisites we take as givens when it comes to first-class assistance.
Like automobiles, robots and automations also require an annual service, i.e. a general check of the machine (check on the oil, the movement, program update, etc.). Our maintenance contracts, recommended but fully at the customer's discretion, extend the robots' average lifespan and ensure full functionality of the machines 24 hours a day, for productivity that's always up to expectations.
